Salsa

 
 

Ingredients

250 gm fresh tomatoes, finely chopped, 1 onion, finely chopped

3 chillies finely chopped, Coriander, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl

2. Serve immediately with Pita Chips

Herbed Yogurt

 
 

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. each of finely chopped - green onion, coriander, fresh dill, fresh basil, 

1 cup fresh yogurt,  1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 

2 cloves garlic (optional), Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Drain the yogurt in a thin cloth or strainer so it thickens,

2. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together,

3. Serve with Pita Chips

Hummus

 
 

Ingredients

400 gm boiled chickpeas (white Channa)
4 Tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste)
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste, 2 garlic cloves (optional)

Directions

1. Add all ingredients in a blender
2. Mix until well blended and almost smooth
3. Drizzle with additional olive oil if desired
4. Serve with Pita Chips
